WHAT IS CANDIDA?

Candida or Yeast is a type of fungus that grows on pretty much everyone, but for the most part, it doesn't cause a problem. But sometimes it can get out of control and mutate into candidiasis, or candida overgrowth. And that can trigger a host of seemingly unrelated inflammatory health issues, from skin rashes such as eczema/psoriasis to yeast infections and food sensitivity.

HOW CAN YOU TELL IF YOU HAVE IT?

Many of the symptoms of candida overgrowth are not very straight forward and this is why it is important to pay attention and take note of some of the not so ovious signals your body might be sending out.
